I think you should go back to black and white. Squinting at it, its not working. Ur contrast of focals aren't hitting the marks. Also, there's an issue that ur painting within the lines.
Refer back to the style guide i made. Paint it, don't try to work in lines. Alot of the line quality is still showing up. The water can use more work too..same goes with the trees.
I posted some of the ideations i did for the trees. but use those as reference.
Also for the color. I think we talked about having it more tinted red just to contrast from the nature elements. But for the most part, rework it in the black and white. I'll be on campus in the afternoon. I'll email u a quick painting asap! sorry for the delay.
